A leavened baked sweet, Babà is the symbol of Neapolitan confectionery tradition. The typical mushroom obtained from the dough leavened for hours and hours is dried and soaked, according to an ancient recipe, in rum, limoncello, or in a delicate and unique chocolate and rum cream.
