As per tradition it is obtained with water, hydroalcoholic infusion and essential oils from 40% Campania lemon peel, sugar and glucose.

The pleasantness on the palate is given by the lower acidity, the taste of Campania lemons is in fact more balanced and less sour, making them more pleasant and suitable for a more versatile use.
The thicker skin favors better conservation and makes them more resistant to handling as well as giving a more complex scent with floral and liquorice notes that enrich their characteristic aroma.
